Compatible Candidates
Our homes are designed for individuals who meet these general criteria.
Seniors (62+)
Adults 62 and older seeking stable, affordable housing with community support.
Veterans
Former military members transitioning to civilian life or seeking stable housing.
Adults with Fixed Income
Individuals receiving SSI, SSDI, or other fixed income sources.
Hospital Discharge Patients
Those being discharged who need housing but not medical care.
Re-entry Individuals
Those transitioning back into the community who can follow house rules.
Case Manager Referrals
Clients referred by social workers, case managers, or coordinators.
Less Compatible
For the safety and well-being of all residents, we cannot accommodate individuals in these situations.
Requires 24/7 Medical Care
We do not provide medical supervision or nursing care.
Needs Assisted Living Services
We are not equipped to assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, or medication management.
Active Substance Abuse
Residents must be committed to maintaining a substance-free living environment.
Unable to Live Semi-Independently
Residents must be capable of managing their basic daily needs.
Aggressive or Violent Behavior
The safety of all residents is our priority; we cannot accommodate individuals with a history of violence.
Requires Psychiatric Supervision
While we welcome those managing mental health conditions, we cannot provide psychiatric care or crisis intervention.

Commitment to House Rules
All residents must agree to and follow our house rules, which ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for everyone. Rules include maintaining cleanliness, respecting quiet hours, no substance use on premises, and treating all residents with dignity.
Violation of house rules may result in removal from the home.
